Selection is the recruitment method where we recruit candidates for a specific position exclusively by advertising.

PRELIMINARY MEETING AND PREPARATION OF DEMAND PROFILE

Based on a critical dialogue with our client, a demand profile and text for the advertisement are worked out. The purpose of the dialogue is to define the minimum requirements concerning professional qualifications and personality, and then to define the critical success factors for the person in question. We advise clients on the selection of media for advertising, as this is essential for obtaining the required recruitment effect. The better the recruitment groundwork is, the better the candidates in the following selection process are, and the better the final result will be.

THE SEARCH AND INTERVIEW PROCESS

KJELST Executive Search is responsible for the subsequent process, including handling of and replying to applications. A number of candidates who meet the minimum requirements are selected for a first interview. The best candidates are selected for a second interview, during which their personality qualifications are assessed in relation to the critical success factors defined.

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES

The suitable candidates, often two to four persons, are introduced to our client at our office.
