KJELST Executive Search, specializing in Executive Search, is a business development consultancy, based on specific competencies within the field of business management, organization and people.

Our services portfolio comprises Executive Search, Research, Selection, Assessments/Audits, Coaching, and Board Consultancy.

We work dynamically with ”Employee Engagement Lifecycle”, i.e. the employee’s life and development in the company over time. In this way, we can contribute to a long-term value creation with our clients.

We want to position ourselves as the broad and deep local alternative to global Top Executive Search companies, and we want to be trusted advisers and sparring partners for management and boards of directors in Danish and Nordic companies and in foreign groups’ Nordic companies, which are our primary client segment.
